Product delivery, shipping and postage conditions
Based on the confirmed order, the seller commits to deliver the correct amount and type of goods to the Buyer at the agreed Purchase Price.
Delivery time of ordered goods is:
– 3 to 7 business days after receipt of the payment, if the goods are in stock or depending on the availability of the ordered goods,
– in rare cases the delivery date is different, e.g. during holiday.
If the ordered goods are listed as stock on the e-shop and the seller is not already in stock, they will notify the buyer as soon as possible and agree with him on the next procedure, which may be canceling the order, exchanging goods for other goods or confirming an order with a longer delivery time.
The goods transport is realized through the Slovak post or DPD courier – part of the purchase price of the goods is a fee for the transport / delivery of the goods depending on the weight of the ordered goods. The fee is notified to the buyer prior to the binding order submission. Along with the goods, an invoice is also sent for the delivered goods, which also serves as a delivery and warranty card. Goods are deemed to have been taken over by the buyer at a time when the buyer or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by him takes over all parts of the ordered goods. In the event of a repeated unwarranted non-receipt of the goods by the buyer, additional shipping costs will be charged to the buyer, which the buyer is obliged to pay in full.
We will ship your shipments through the courier of DPD s.r.o. to the chosen delivery point. Goods are delivered to couriers during business days. If you have submitted your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation order in which delivery time will also be given. We can also send you more information about your order in your e-shop, a confirmation of dispatch or a return receipt.

Damage to goods during transportation
The risks of Doonchoo take over. In the event of damage to the goods, use the right to return. If the goods are made of several special parts, restore the condition before returning the goods and, if possible, use the original packaging as well. Please attach all warranty and service information.
Reservation of delivery
Goods are delivered by postal services internationally. We supply courier only to the territory of the Slovak Republic.
